Venue: Melandra Park Date: 16/03/13 Time: 3:00pm

Greenalls travel to Gamesley tomorrow in the Cheshire First Division with an opportunity to overtake Eagle Sports.

Greenalls recent form is improving, having lost just one of their last six games in all competitions, including two cup victories and last week’s much needed 2-1 win at Crewe.

For Greenalls, assistant Jimmy Bush will be in charge and he’ll be hampered by the unavailability of Chris Latham, who picked up a red card in last Saturday’s victory.

Lee Hughes is struggling to make the game (hamstring), as is Scott Owen who will face a fitness test tomorrow (calf). Forward Robbie Hanley’s recovery from a dislocated shoulder is going well but tomorrow’s game is likely to be too soon for his return.

Lee Deakin serves the last of his six game ban but Lee Pennington is back in the match squad and Fergus Morris may also feature.

Mike Evans, Danny Wilcock and Craig Hoyland are all pushing for starting places as the whole team looks to impress in the build up to Greenalls Guardian Cup final on Bank Holiday Monday.

Gamesley are two points behind PSO, with three points separating fifth and tenth there is an opportunity for a number of teams to go on a run and climb the table.

The Derbyshire side have lost four and won three of the last seven league games so by form we should expect a winner in tomorrow’s game.

Greenalls will hope to seize the initiative early in this game, as they try to shake their nagging habit of starting games slowly. A better start tomorrow could go a long way in securing another massive three points for Greenalls.
